Zurg is cunning, ruthless and destructive. He wears a black and grey body suit with the letter "Z" on the front. In Zurg's true form, he is an elderly version of Buzz Lightyear from an alternate timeline with grey hair, wrinkled skin, and a slightly hunched back. His left hand has a retractable, triple-barreled ion blaster built into it. He has exceptionally durable purple armor, long, broad limbs, huge feet and hands, demon-like horns, glowing red eyes, and a frowning yellow mouth that glows when he speaks.
Like its Toy Story version, Zurg is a massive, fearsome robot who is several meters taller than the average human.
